Founder and Executive Director
Trevor Neil
Trevor founded One10Ten to connect students with meaningful academic, technical, and career opportunities through automotive innovation, motorsports, mentorship, and immersive learning.
His work brings together educators, industry leaders, community partners, and students to make emerging careers more visible, understandable, and attainable. As a director, Trevor helps keep the board grounded in the Foundation’s mission and in the realities of the work being carried out every day.

Professional Racing Driver
Eric Filgueiras
Eric is a first-generation American from Cocoa, Florida, whose passion for racing began after attending an IndyCar event with his father at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
From karting to open-wheel, prototype, NASCAR, and sports car competition, he has built a career defined by adaptability, discipline, and continuous improvement. His accomplishments include the 2016 USF2000 National Class Championship and the 2022 SRO Pirelli GT4 America Championship.
Eric also coaches drivers across North America, bringing a competitor’s discipline and a mentor’s perspective to One10Ten’s work with young people.

Professional Racing Driver and Team Owner
Stevan McAleer
Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Stevan began his professional racing journey after winning the “Be a Racing Driver” scholarship in 2005.
He has since competed across Grand-Am, IMSA, SRO, Lamborghini Super Trofeo, and other leading series, earning championships, race wins, and podium finishes throughout his career.
Beyond driving, Stevan is a team owner, instructor, and mentor who helps developing racers understand the preparation, discipline, and resilience behind sustained performance. He brings deep motorsports knowledge and an education-minded perspective to the board.

Entrepreneur and Philanthropist
Miranda Cullen
Miranda is an international award-winning interior designer, energetic entrepreneur, and the Founder and Visionary of Inside Stories.
Over two decades, she has grown the Denver-based interior design firm into a respected industry name now expanding through franchising. As a mentor and rainmaker for her team, Miranda brings fearless, can-do energy to One10Ten.
In 2014, she founded a nonprofit dedicated to donating interior design services to Denver organizations creating supportive and healing environments. Her family’s lifelong involvement in motorsports—and her son’s pursuit of a professional racing career—gives her a deeply personal connection to the Foundation’s mission.
