Meet the Team

The people behind the mission.

One10Ten brings together educators, operators, entrepreneurs, professional drivers, advisors, board members, and ambassadors around one purpose: helping young people see what they are capable of and where that capability can take them next.

Founder and Executive Director

Trevor Neil

Trevor started One10Ten with a simple belief: young people need more than motivation. They need access, confidence, and a real next step.

His work connects education, motorsports, automotive innovation, immersive learning, industry partners, and community leaders to make future pathways easier to see and easier to reach.

As Founder and Executive Director, Trevor keeps the mission practical: create real experiences, build real confidence, and help students move forward with a clearer sense of what is possible.

Ambassador

Jonah Cullen

Jonah Cullen was born in 2005, in a small town just outside of Monterrey, California—45 minutes from Laguna Seca Raceway—a fitting start for a life that would become defined by motorsports.

Now based in Huntersville, North Carolina, Jonah grew up watching his NASCAR heroes fly around the ovals, and that early fascination would eventually become a calling.

How We Work

Many roles. One shared responsibility.

One10Ten works because the mission is not carried by one person alone. It takes governance, execution, partnerships, mentorship, advocacy, and lived motorsports experience to create the kind of moments that can change what a student sees for themselves.

01

Lead with purpose.

Keep the mission clear, practical, and centered on students.

02

Build the bridge.

Connect education, industry, motorsports, and community partners.

03

Create the moment.

Use real experiences to build confidence, capability, and direction.

04

Move it forward.

Turn curiosity into a next step that students can actually see.
