Tyrone is the founder of WhiteStone Operations, a New Jersey-based consultancy that helps small service businesses run with the clarity, structure, and discipline of much larger ones. His path into operations came the long way — through years behind a barber's chair, where he learned that every successful business, no matter the size, comes down to systems, trust, and follow-through.

As Chief Operating Officer of the One10Ten Foundation, Tyrone works alongside founder Trevor Neil to turn vision into execution. He leads the Foundation's operations across strategic partnerships, educational initiatives, workforce development, corporate engagement, and day-to-day coordination — connecting long-term strategy with the execution that brings it to life.

His signature strength is one that's hard to teach: he listens. In rooms full of operators, funders, educators, and industry leaders, Tyrone has built a reputation for hearing what people actually mean and translating that into clear, actionable steps. That instinct is what makes him effective across the many worlds One10Ten operates in — from the shop floor to the boardroom.

He believes the students One10Ten serves deserve what every young professional needs to succeed: real opportunity, honest mentorship, and someone willing to help them see how the pieces fit together. That belief shapes everything he brings to the Foundation.

Jeff Beal is an entrepreneur, business leader, and commercial real estate developer whose career spans more than three decades across the automotive, motorsports, commercial real estate, and experiential industries. He is the Co-Founder of Stables Motor Condos®, Co-Founder of Cars & Capital, and Founder of Écurie Motor Club, a private motorsports and lifestyle destination currently in pre-development.

Throughout his career, Jeff has cultivated relationships among industry leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, manufacturers, and automotive enthusiasts through platforms designed to create long-term value and meaningful collaboration. His experience includes leadership roles in motorsports, luxury automotive marketing, commercial development, and real estate, giving him a unique perspective on how business, education, and workforce development can work together to create lasting opportunities.

As Senior Advisor to the One 10Ten Foundation, Jeff helps strengthen relationships between industry, education, and community partners while expanding opportunities for students to explore careers in automotive technology, motorsports, engineering, skilled trades, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

Jeff believes the automotive industry has the power to transform lives by creating pathways to education, meaningful careers, entrepreneurship, and lifelong mentorship. Through Cars & Capital and the vision of Écurie Motor Club, he is committed to helping build stronger communities while inspiring the next generation of innovators, skilled professionals, and industry leaders.

Cindy “Rodeo” Steedle is a business leader, entrepreneur, and relationship builder with more than 25 years of experience spanning luxury real estate, marketing, entertainment, hospitality, and the automotive industry. She is Co-Founder and President of Stables Motor Condos®, Co-Founder of Cars & Capital, and Co-Founder of Écurie Motor Club, a visionary motorsports and lifestyle destination currently in pre-development that is designed to bring together motorsport, education, business, hospitality, and community.

Throughout her career, Cindy has focused on creating meaningful experiences, cultivating strategic partnerships, and building communities centered around people rather than transactions. Her work has connected entrepreneurs, executives, automotive enthusiasts, and industry leaders through events, real estate, and relationship-driven initiatives.

As a Senior Real Estate Advisor with SERHANT., Cindy has built a reputation for delivering exceptional client experiences while representing luxury residential properties throughout Georgia. She also plays a key leadership role in shaping the brand, member experience, hospitality, and strategic partnerships across the ventures she co-founded.

Beyond her business career, Cindy has been a motivational speaker and advocate for youth, using her personal story to encourage resilience, self-confidence, and kindness while speaking out against bullying. Her passion for mentoring and creating opportunities for others reflects her belief that strong communities are built by investing in people.

As a member of the One 10Ten Foundation Advisory Board, Cindy brings a unique perspective at the intersection of business, community engagement, and relationship development. She is passionate about creating opportunities that inspire the next generation through STEM education, workforce development, mentorship, and the transformative power of the automotive and motorsports industries.

Becca Steinel is a web developer and designer who co-leads WhiteStone Operations, a New Jersey-based consultancy helping small businesses strengthen both the way they operate and the way they show up online. As Director of Development & Design, she leads the company’s website and creative work, translating early ideas into polished digital experiences that feel clear, intentional, and trustworthy.

Her work spans custom website development, landing pages, content architecture, digital publishing, ecommerce, accessibility, search optimization, and ongoing website support. She is especially drawn to projects where technical structure and visual storytelling need to work together—taking complicated information and shaping it into something people can understand, navigate, and act on.

As Web & Design Partner for One10Ten, Becca supports the Foundation’s digital presence and helps shape how its programs, partnerships, and impact are presented online. Her role connects strategy with execution, ensuring that One10Ten’s website and visual communications continue to grow alongside the organization’s mission.

Becca believes thoughtful design can do more than make an organization look polished; it can make opportunity easier to see and access. Through her work with One10Ten, she helps communicate the connection between motorsports, STEM education, workforce development, and real-world possibility in a way that feels human, credible, and built for action.

Alexandro Vielma is a racing driver from La Habra, California, whose journey in motorsport is defined by a single conviction: to glorify God in everything he does, and to pursue that calling in a way that opens doors for those who come after him.

Competing across multiple disciplines, Alexandro is a participant in the inaugural Prodigy Three (P3) Championship—selected third overall by Team BS+Competition—and works alongside Team Precision Driving Concepts as a driving coach and instructor, developing drivers on track and investing directly in the next generation of competitors. His journey is all-encompassing: competing, coaching, and constantly seeking new opportunities to grow the sport from within.

Central to that vision is his belief that motorsport is one of the most powerful and underutilized fields for STEM discovery and education. From aerodynamics and data analysis to engineering and physics in real time, the racetrack is a living classroom—and Alexandro is passionate about making that connection visible to young drivers, students, and aspiring engineers alike.

He is pursuing a degree in Motorsports Engineering through the National Motorsport Academy, and his long-term aspirations in professional sports car racing are matched by an equal commitment to building pathways for others to enter and thrive in the sport.

Faith is not a footnote in Alexandro's story—it is the foundation. Every lap, every coaching session, and every platform he builds is guided by purpose beyond results. He is competing and giving back at the same time, driven by the belief that motorsport—done right—can inspire an entire generation of drivers, engineers, and dreamers.
